  • Accurate Advantage “Good” Plan - Call for price - Annual maintenance and 24-hour emergency service, with parts and labor coverage for only: oil burner motor, fuel pump, ignitor, nozzle, filter, strainer, pump coupling, electrodes, electric fuel valve, burner blower wheel, drawer assembly, and nozzle line. Any other repairs (parts and labor) will be billed at standard rates as defined below
  • Accurate Advantage “Best” Plan - Call for price - Annual maintenance and 24-hour emergency service, with parts and labor coverage for the repair or replacement of the following:

  • Indirect Water Heaters and Storage Tanks - Consists of repairs or replacement of circulator, T&P valve, aquastat, relay, and check valves
  • Oil-Fired Water Heater Service Contract - Annual service plus coverage on the following parts and labor: oil burner (complete), primary control, cad cell (complete), aquastat, T&P valve, flue pipe, and draft regulator

Terms and Conditions

  • Accurate Oil Burner Service LLC shall not be held responsible for delays in service due to conditions beyond our control, such as fire, floods, severe weather, road closures, customer negligence, unsafe or unsanitary conditions, acts of nature, vehicular accident, employee illness, injury or death, power failure, or any other causes beyond our control
  • All heating equipment is subject to inspection prior to approval for this contract. Any repairs necessary to put equipment into acceptable condition will be charged at prevailing rates. No coverage will be extended to parts that are obsolete or unavailable through regular sources of supply
  • Equipment or property damaged due to tampering by persons other than employees of Accurate Oil Burner Service LLC, or acts of nature, fire, flood, lightning strike, power surge, unattended dwellings, or the use of biofuel will not be covered by this contract
  • This contract will be renewed annually at Accurate's discretion by billing 30 days prior to the anniversary date. Failure to remit payment within 10 days past the anniversary date will result in cancellation without notice
  • Repairs to power venters, direct vent equipment, variable speed blowers, proprietary controls and burner parts will be billed at prevailing rates
  • Any service problems created by fuel tanks including but not limited to, Gelled fuel, water, algae or bacteria, excessive sludge or tank failure will not be covered under this contract
  • Damage due to unmaintained anti-freeze in hydronic systems will not be covered by this contract
  • Failure to pay outstanding invoices within 30 days of billing will result in the voiding of this agreement
  • The customer will be responsible for all reasonable legal fees and collection costs in the event of non-payment
  • It will be the customer’s responsibility to schedule the annual service. We recommend this be done between March and September to facilitate scheduling
  • Standard labor rate is $150.00 per hour
